Reservation Rules

FIRST:
If you are not certain you want a puppy from us, do not send a deposit!
DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit.
After you pay deposit, Once we have committed to you a puppy, we tell others it is not available… !!!
Therefore if you change your mind, you leave us high and dry.
Once we’ve informed them that we don’t have a puppy, those interested in one from us will usually start looking at other breeders.
As a general rule of thumb, We breeders much prefer to work with a family who understands the process, is willing to wait for the right puppy, plan ahead, and have the time to read and do their research about puppyhood, the breed, etc. in advance.
A puppy is not a toy on a shelf in a store, and the decision to adopt a puppy should always be considered, so paying a deposit comes with a mutual agreement
We are accepting reservations/deposits for currently litter our next litters (breeding plans). A reservation fee/deposit of €300 will hold your place in line for one of our puppies. This reservation fee/deposit will go towards the total purchase price of the puppy you choose.
DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

We accept 3 reservations/deposit per sex/colour (depending on the litter).
Puppies are chosen around 6 weeks of age – always in the order of receipt of the deposit – although we do not rule out earlier reservation of the chosen one (then the decision is final).
If a puppy is selected for breeding from a given litter, this choice is always the first choice, regardless of the order in which the deposit is paid.
We reserve the right to decide that a particular pup is not right for a particular home and refund accordingly.
Please note that we make reservations based on sex, but not color. We breed first for wonderful disposition and standard. Color is a secondary consideration, but always a bit like opening Christmas presents. We can’t be sure of what the present is until it is here. We have found that color does not influence disposition of our pups, however should this litter not have a color puppy that you are willing to take, you have may “pass” one time to the next litter of puppies, but that doesn’t mean that you will be “first” in line behind those that have already made a reservation/deposit on that litter. It means we will do our best to get you a difference colored puppy.
Please note that reservation fees/ deposits are not refundable unless we are unable to provide you with a puppy of your chosen gender within 12 months of the deposit having been received.

However, we understand that there may be urgent circumstances and you will not be able to take the puppy from the litter you have reserved. Therefore, in exceptional cases, we allow the possibility of moving the reservation to another litter – up to 12 months after the deposit has been paid – unless we agree otherwise.
